Modular Installation Services, Inc., is a full service office furniture installation, reconfiguration and relocation company located in Austin, Texas.

MIS provides full service project management, implementation and support for full modular furniture installation and reconfiguration, case good furniture installation and reconfiguration, space planning, office relocation, office move coordination, commercial storage, structured cabling and electrical services.

Full Insurance Coverage

Modular Installation Services, Inc. focuses on personnel safety and property protection on our customer’s job site.  To ensure our employees and our customers are protected, MIS provides full insurance coverage including full Umbrella, General Liability and Vehicle insurance coverage provided by A++ carriers in addition to Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability provided by Texas Mutual Insurance Company.  Modular Installation Services coverage meets or exceeds most Class A commercial office building standards.

Steve Gould, President and company founder, brings 22 years of professional relocation and installation experience. Steve is an active member of the Office Furniture Dealers Alliance (OFDA).
 
 MIS opened in 1996 and by 2002 was recognized by the Austin Business Journal as Austin's 10th Fastest Growing Company.

Leadership Experience and Industry Expertise

Monica Gould, Vice President, brings more than
14 years of facilities and property management experience to MIS and has earned the Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation from BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association).

MIS is certified as a State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Vendor and member of the Better Business Bureau.
